1 mile warm - up run

3x30 sec. plank; right and left as well

3x20 V - ups

3x30 russian twist w/ 15 lb weight

2x30 jumping jacks

2x10 push ups

2x50 crunches

2x50 twist crunches

2x30 sec. wall sits w/ 20 lb weight

2x25 sky crunches

4x25 straight forward kick

4x25 round house kick

4x25 side kick

4x25 double fake kick ( round house )

10 dumbbell bent knee dead lifts

10 single leg hip - ext. (r/l)

2x10 dumbbell step - ups

2x20 back extension w/ arms

10 dumbbell squat with overhead press

2x20 lunge - twist w/ ab

10 squat bicep curl
